Outgoing calls can be recorded in two ways*.
1) Easy mode: Enter the number you want to call and tap the “Record&Record” button. The recording will start as soon as the other party answers the call.2) Normal Mode: Tap the phone icon on the main screen and start calling our system number and merge it with your target number.
The only way to record a call on an iPhone is via 3-way conference calling.
When you receive a call, firstly answer and then open the app.
Tap on the “Record” button and tap the number that appears on the screen. Don’t worry, this is the number that is used to record your calls. (Why is there a number other than the one I entered?)
You will have two calls at the same time, now tap the “Merge” button. Your call will begin to be recorded automatically.
Don’t forget to refresh the Recordings section after you finish your call.
As long as you want! We don’t have a limit on how long your recording can be. You can record for hours if you want.
The application has dedicated phone numbers for some countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, India, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and the United States.
The app works in countries other than these. In this case, calls will be recorded using an international number.
We add special numbers to countries where the app is used extensively to prevent international charges. (We should also mention that we have a very fast growth strategy.)
If you are not sure if our access number is local, it is best to contact your carrier to ensure you are not paying international charges.
There might be several reasons for that.
Firstly you may have skipped the most crucial step, which is merging calls. Recording calls is possible only via 3-way conference calling on iPhones, so you should be inserting the number that you want to call in the app, then merging your call with the automatically prompted call to the system number. Sometimes even if the “merge call” is tapped physically, the two calls may not be merged due to a systemic problem in the iPhone.
Secondly, some banks do not allow conference calls as a security measure because they do not want a 3rd party to be on the call. Some businesses which take similar measures may do the same.
Thirdly, some mobile operators may not support merge calls. In this case, you will need to contact your carrier. Also, the person you are calling may have a cell carrier problem as well.
Lastly, please make sure that you are not hiding your caller ID and that you are placing the call from the phone number which you already registered with us.
Open the application.
Tap the “Recordings” button on the screen.
You can see all your video, call, and voice recordings in the drop-down list. There is a play button in your video calls, a phone icon in your call recordings, and a microphone icon in your voice recordings.
Tap the “Play” button for the recording you want to listen to.
By the way, you don’t have to keep the app open while listening to your recordings, you can keep listening to your recordings while the app works in the background.
